We earn our fees from the companies we place leaders into — typically a percentage of first-year compensation for permanent placements, or a project-based fee for fractional and advisory mandates. There are no upfront costs, subscription fees or hidden charges for talent.
Through Beyond Chiefs you can take on fractional executive roles (typically 2–3 days per week), advisory and board mandates, executive search placements, as well as consulting projects in AI transformation.
